This is a transatlantic flight from Texas to Madrid trapped inside a bottle. A brew that pays homage to Spain’s most well-known culinary export—sangria. We take a classic saison sprinkled with Brettanomyces, pour it into a bunch of well-used wine barrels, and throw in pounds and pounds of chopped fruit—blood oranges, pink guavas, blackberries, and raspberries. The result is a beer that takes your taste buds on a tour of Pamplona, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, and more.
